Podcast training

This day-long practical course has been designed to help you understand how podcasting can help your organisation and give you key tips for writing and recording scripts or handling interviews.

We can bring our expertise and equipment to you and train you and your staff in your own offices, or you can join others on our open courses, held in Colchester, Essex.

The main focus of the day will be on developing your radio techniques and you will gain experience both as an interviewer and an interviewee. We will look at the different styles of interviews that can be used and plan a podcast with various radio-style elements.

After gathering material, you will learn how to edit it using audio software, ending up with your very own podshow, complete with music stings and trailers! We will then talk through how it is syndicated to the world at large and promoted.
